On 05/17/2026 at approximately 12:38 AM, South Lebanon Township Police conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations.

During the investigation, officers observed signs of impairment, and the driver, Juan Luis Hernandez Padro, admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving.

Padro was arrested for DUI and transported for a legal blood draw. Toxicology results later showed Padro had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.196%.

Charges were filed for DUI – General Impairment, DUI – Highest Rate of Alcohol, and Turning Movements and Required Signals.
