On February 27, 2025, at approximately 10:45 PM, South Lebanon Township Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of King Street for equipment violations.
The operator, identified as Carlos Manuel Cruz-Ruiz, was found to be operating a vehicle while his driving privileges were suspended DUI related.
Further investigation revealed multiple prior offenses for driving under suspension DUI related.
Charges of Driving Under Suspension (DUI Related) have been filed.
