On 04/22/2026, Jeffrey Allen Brandt attempted to purchase a firearm at Dunham’s Sporting Goods in South Lebanon Township.

The investigation determined Brandt allegedly provided false information on the federal firearms transaction record regarding his eligibility to purchase a firearm. The purchase was denied by PICS.

On 08/30/2026, Brandt was charged with 18 Pa.C.S. § 4904(b) – Unsworn Falsification to Authorities.
