At approx. 2134 hours on 21 January 2026, Nathan Mitchel Behney, failed to stop his motor vehicle for a South Lebanon Township Police Officer who was attempting to conduct a traffic stop with him. Behney was observed driving recklessly at a high rate of speed, cutting off multiple vehicles on East Cumberland Street and driving through the yard of a residence. 

Behney was charged with Fleeing Or Attempting To Elude (M2), Reckless Driving (S); Careless Driving (S); Driving While Operator Privileges Suspended or Revoked (S).
