On 04/24/2026, South Lebanon Township Police received a report of theft from 84 Lumber, 2484 E. Cumberland Street.

The investigation determined that Sergio Alex Arevalo Boj allegedly used a fraudulent Pennsylvania driver's license to obtain two orders of building materials totaling $2,480.86. The transactions were later disputed and charged back as fraudulent.

Arevalo Boj was charged with 18 Pa.C.S. § 3922(a)(1) – Theft by Deception (M1) and 75 Pa.C.S. § 7122(3) – Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents or Plates (M1).
