LCRPD WANTS TO REMIND RESIDENTS TO LOCK THEIR VEHICLES
The Lebanon County Regional Police Department is reminding residents to lock their vehicles at all times, including when parked at home, in driveways, and during brief stops. The majority of vehicle thefts and car break-ins involve unlocked vehicles — a crime that is largely preventable. We have received several reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles and stolen vehicles that were left unlocked with the keys inside in both North Lebanon and North Cornwall Townships.
Our department is urging the community to adopt the following habits:
Residents are encouraged to contact the Lebanon County Regional Police Department with any questions or to report suspicious activity. In the event of an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
The Lebanon County Regional Police Department is committed to working in partnership with the community to prevent crime and maintain public safety.
