The Lebanon County Regional Police Department has filed charges against Terry Williams for Public Drunkenness and Similar Misconduct following an incident at Popeye's, located at 2159 W. Cumberland Street, West Lebanon Township.

Officers responding to the scene found Williams to be under the influence of alcohol. Based on the investigation, charges were filed accordingly.
