The Lebanon County Regional Police Department has charged Julio Rivera-Velazquez with Driving Under the Influence and a township ordinance violation following a traffic stop on October 10, 2026, at 768 Weavertown Road, North Lebanon Township.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Rivera-Velazquez. During the stop, police determined that Rivera-Velazquez was under the influence of alcohol. He was belligerent toward officers during the stop and urinated in the rear of a patrol vehicle.
