On January 10, 2026 at 1216 hours, LCRPD officers were dispatched to 1808 Center St (North Cornwall Township) for a package theft. During the course of the investigation, LCRPD officers were able to identify the suspect vehicle and with the assistance of Lebanon City PD, the suspect vehicle was located and stopped. The stolen package was recovered along with a stolen package from 1804 Center St. The defendant, Carlos Lebron Cespedes, was charged accordingly.
