On August 09, 2026 at 1109 hours, LCRPD responded to Rutter's, 1621 W Cumberland Street (West Lebanon), for a harassment complaint. The investigation revealed that William Gulley was engaged in an argument with another customer which escalated with Gulley throwing coffee at the other involved customer.
