The Lebanon County Regional Police Department has charged Chase Etnoyer with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance/Combination  and Duties at Stop Signs following an accident investigation.

The charges stem from an accident that occurred on June 17, 2026, at the intersection of Kochenderfer Road and N. 7th Street (North Lebanon Township). According to the investigation, Etnoyer failed to stop at a posted stop sign, resulting in the collision. During the course of the investigation, officers determined that Etnoyer was under the influence of a combination of a controlled substance and alcohol at the time of the crash.
