The Lebanon City Police Department, in partnership with the Lebanon Elks Club, is proud to present the fourth annual Elks Reading Program, held in honor of the late Lt. William Lebo.

The event will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Lebanon Community Library. As a special treat, every participating child will receive a free book along with a bag filled with essential school supplies.
