On July 13^th, 2026, at 1927 hours, the Lebanon City Police Department responded to the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, located at 252 S. 4^th St., for a report of a gunshot victim.  During the initial report, law enforcement was unable to determine if the injury was accidental, self-inflicted or a deliberate act.  

After further investigation, law enforcement determined that a physical altercation occurred between the victim and two un-identified male subjects in the area of 13^th and Mifflin Streets. As a result of the altercation, the victim sought medical treatment for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to a lower extremity. 

The Lebanon City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the unidentified male subjects.  This investigation is on-going and anyone with information is asked to call Lebanon City Police at 717-272-6611.

**UPDATE**

The individuals depicted in the photographs have since been identified, and the photographs have been removed. The individuals were determined to be juveniles. The investigation remains ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.
