On April 10, 2025 at 1205 hrs. the Lebanon City Police Department responded to the 900 Blk. Cumberland Street for a reported retail theft.  Prior to arrival, the suspect fled the store on a bicycle in an unknown direction.  If anyone can identify the subject in the pictures please contact Sgt.
