Authorities allege on May 1, 2020, they had contact with Marrero in the 1^st block of S. 8^th Street and found him to be in possession of 3 ounces of marijuana.  Marrero was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Marrero was arrested on August 15, 2020 and transported to the Lebanon County Central Booking Center where he was processed, arraigned and ordered held in LCCF in lieu of $30,000 bail
