Important Safety Reminder: Motorized Vehicles Prohibited in Township/Borough Athletic Fields

Attention parents and community members!

As a safety precaution, East Donegal Township, Conoy Township, and Marietta Borough have banned the use of motorized vehicles in township parks. This includes e-bikes, electric/gas scooters, minibikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, and other similar vehicles.

The purpose of this ban is to ensure the safety of all park users, particularly children, walkers, and seniors. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, please be aware of the following guidelines:

• Allowed: Regular bicycles (non-motorized), foot-powered scooters/skateboards, rollerblades, and ADA mobility devices.
• Not allowed: Any motorized or powered ride, regardless of size.
