On 08/27/2020 at 2001 hrs, SRPD officers responded to the Sheetz Convenience store located at 1158 River Road, East Donegal Township for a theft report. From surveillance video, it was discovered that Stephon York entered the Sheetz convenience store 08/16/2020 and stole four cans of Four Loko Malt Beverage. York was charged with one count of retail theft for his actions. Stephon York is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
