On October 19, 2022 at approximately 11:20 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop at 1158 River Rd, East Donegal Township, the driver was identified as Nicholas THOME.  THOME was arrested for receiving stolen property and drug possession.  THOME was taken to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
