On October 25, 2021 at approximately 9:45 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a disturbance at the  Bainbridge Inn located at 5 North Front Street, Conoy Township.  It was dispatched that a male was attempting to break in the front door and using a metal chair to hit the door.  Nelson RODRIGUEZ was taken into custody and charged for felony attempted criminal trespass, terroristic threats, criminal mischief and numerous other offenses and was taken to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.  RODRIGUEZ is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
