On December 16, 2021 at approximately 11:45 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the area of 2429 River Rd, Conoy Township, for a report of a motor vehicle accident.  During the investigation it was determined that the driver of the vehicle had veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole.  The driver was identified as Naomi RHODES and was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  RHODES was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
