On May 5, 2023 at approximately 11:03 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to 1410 River Rd, East Donegal Township, for a vandalism report.  Through the investigation it was discovered that a Justine MCCARTY did commit the act of terroristic threats, stalking, criminal mischief and harassment.  MCCARTY was arrested and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
