On January 28, 2021 Officers with Susquehanna Regional Police received a hit and run accident report for the area of Route 743 and Coffee Goss Road, East Donegal Township.  Through the investigation it was discovered that Gerald HAWN was driving north bound on Route 743 and was being passed by another vehicle and HAWN swerved over and struck that vehicle causing damage and fled from the scene.  Gerald HAWN was charged accordingly and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
