On August 8, 2021 at approximately 10:30 pm an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police observed a vehicle in the area of Route 441 and S. 2nd St. in Conoy Township traveling south bound from where the road is closed at this intersection.  The driver, Tatyanna GOUDY, was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  GOUDY was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
