On April 8, 2023 at approximately 6:33 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the 300 Block N. Second St, Conoy Township, for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Through the investigation Brian DURAN was arrested for committing the acts of strangulation, false imprisonment, simple assault, terroristic threats, witness/victim intimidation, endangering welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.  DURAN was transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
