On March 20, 2021 at approximately 11:36 p.m. an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police stopped a male driving a Go Kart in front of 112 East Hazel Avenue, Marietta Borough.  The male driving the Go Kart was identified as Gary CARMEN JR and he was found to be under the influence alcohol and in possession of marijuana.  CARMEN was arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
