SRPD officer's received a domestic/assault call at 73 Chelmsford Drive, East Donegal Township. Upon investigation, it was learned that the defendant, Darryl BALDWIN, assaulted the victim and caused injuries. BALDWIN was charged with Simple Assault, arraigned by MDJ Judge Miller and transported to Lancaster County Prison. BALDWIN is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
