Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) on Monday, June 1, will close a lane of Route 896 and activate temporary traffic signals that will help alternate traffic over Pequea Creek as construction crews begin demolition on a project to rehabilitate the bridge deck between U.S. 30 and Strasburg Borough in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County.
