With Independence Day approaching many residents will be purchasing fireworks.

Please review the Borough’s ordinance on fireworks to avoid any unwanted police visits, complaints from neighbors or fines.

Also, please be courteous to your neighbors.  If you will be using small fireworks, sparkles, etc. make sure they will not be affecting your neighbors property and have water ready.  Most likely you will be doing your fireworks at night, be reasonable and respectful about how late it is.
