As we announced a few weeks ago, the SBPD will be participating in the 2021 Bleed Blue Challenge, with a kick off event happening January 7, 2021 at the Eden Resort.  This is a friendly competition between local police departments hosted by Penn Medicine LGH Blood Donation Center to raise awareness for the critical need of blood donations during National Blood Donor Month.  More donation events have just been announced as follows;

• Tues. Jan 5 - Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church, 611 Robert Fulton Hwy, Quarryville, 2-7 p.m.
• Wed. Jan. 6 - Hosanna Church. 29 Green Acre Rd, Lititz, 2-7 p.m.
• Thurs. Jan. 7 - Bleed Blue Challenge Blood Drive, Eden Resort, 222 Eden Rd, Lancaster, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Tues. Jan. 12 - New Danville Fire Co, 43 Marticville Rd, Lancaster 2-7 p.m.
• Wed. Jan. 13 - Robert Fulton Fire Co, 2271 Robert Fulton Highway, Peach Bottom, 2-7 p.m.
• Thurs. Jan. 14 - Blue Ball Fire Co., 4305 Division Hwy, Blue Ball, 2-8 p.m.
• Tues. Jan. 19 - Lancaster General Hospital, 555 N. Duke St, Lancaster, James Street 3rd Floor Balcony, 7a.m.-2p.m.
• Wed. Jan. 20 - Bird in Hand Fire Co, 313 Enterprise Dr, Bird in Hand, 2-8 p.m.
• Thurs. Jan. 21 - Marine Corps. League DET. 294, 2340 Ironville Pike, Columbia, 2-7 p.m.
