Welcome to Croft Howley, Millersville Borough's newly hired Police Officer.

Croft is a native of York County and graduate of Millersville University, class of 2018, where he earned his Bachelor of Science with a major in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health and a minor in Criminology.  Additionally, Croft has been serving as an active member of the Army National Guard since 2018 and currently holds the rank of Sergeant (E-5) with specialty classifications in Infantry, Sniper, Marksmanship Master Trainer and Joint Fires Observer.

Croft brings several years of prior police experience with him to our department, after graduating from the Reading Police Academy in 2023, as he has served with several police departments previously including Baltimore City Police, Lancaster City Police and most recently with Millersville University Police Department.

We welcome him to our team of dedicated and professional officers and wish him well.
