ATTENTION STUDENTS, RESIDENTS AND VISITORS – PARKING REGULATIONS, Private Properties & Off-Campus Housing
As we begin a new academic year for the Millersville Borough Police Department would like to share some information and reminders about parking regulations in the borough.
PERMIT PARKING-- Our borough features numerous apartment buildings housing local college students “off campus.” In many cases, parking at these locations is limited and is regulated at the request of property owners. Official signs posted at entrances will prohibit parking in these private parking lots and will indicate parking is by permit only. Enforcement of parking in "off campus" housing areas commenced for the semester on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
Parking violations are initially assessed at $30.00 total. Fire lanes, handicap parking zones, or any parking ticket unpaid after five calendar days may face a higher amount. Parking fines can be satisfied by using a 24-hour drop box at our borough office, online at millersvilleborough.org or by calling 717-899-9299.
