The Millersville Borough Police Department is pleased to announce the swearing-in of Officer Troy Rogers as a part-time police officer. This ceremony took place on Friday, April 24, 2026, with Mayor Philip Lastowski officiating.

Officer Rogers brings a wealth of experience to our department, having retired from 25 years of dedicated service with the Manor Township Police Department. We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the valuable contributions he will make to our community.
