Millersville Borough police cited a 16-year-old Penn Manor High School student with an underage alcohol violation following an incident on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.  School staff conducted a monthly bag search as part of a program the student is enrolled in at the school.  Staff found an unopened can of alcohol in the student's backpack.
