Millersville Borough Police charged a 17-year-old high school student with institutional vandalism and disorderly conduct on March 12, 2026.  The school resource officer observed the student coming out of a boy's bathroom stall.  The officer noticed a large drawing on the inside wall of the stall.  The student admitted to having a marker in his possession and drawing the picture on the wall.  He also admitted to (2) other drawings that were previously found by janitorial staff.
