On August 20th, 2026, an incident occurred at Penn Manor High School during orientation. Two juvenile suspects, both 14 years old, were involved in setting off the vape detector in the boys' bathroom.

Upon investigation, the vape devices were tested and found to contain marijuana. As a result, both juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
