On Saturday, September 5, 2026, Millersville Borough officers observed an individual walking down a public roadway carrying a can in his hand.  Upon approaching the male, identified as Cas Kleinsmann, officers discovered he was in possession of an open alcoholic drink. A check of his identification revealed he was under 21 years old. As a result, Kleinsmann received a citation for violating a local ordinance prohibiting open containers.
