Officers are responding to a vehicle accident on SR 283 west bound near Spooky Nook Road.  A vehicle was driving the wrong way, east bound in the west bound lane of 283  from Rapho Township into East Hempfield Township.  West bound SR 283 will be closed at Spooky Nook Road while emergency crews deal with the crash scene.
