On 25 April 2017 a resident of the 500 blk. Hilton Dr. reported a residential burglary. The victim had surveillance cameras set up outside the home. The video system captured images of the suspect, Luis Rodriguez M/35. Rodriguez was known to the victim. 

Det. Toby Hickey filed a criminal complaint against Rodriguez before MDJ Witkonis. Rodriguez was charged with Burglary and Theft by Unlawful Taking. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Rodriguez.
