SEU Drug Distribution Investigation & Arrests 500 blk. Beaver St. 1/21/2021
In December 2020, members of the Lancaster Bureau of Police, Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU), began an investigation into the delivery of Heroin and Crack Cocaine in the southwest area of Lancaster City. The investigation led Officers to a residence on the 500 blk. Beaver St. that appeared to be a hub for drug sales in that area.
On Thursday January 21, 2021 members of SEU executed a search warrant at the target residence on Beaver St. That search yielded over 250 vials of Crack Cocaine, 5 grams powder cocaine, over 550 wax packets of Heroin, a quantity of Suboxone pills, a quantity of Marijuana and over $14,000 in cash believed to be profits from illicit drug sales.
(3) residents of the home on Beaver St. were taken into custody and after consultation with the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, criminal complaints were filed. All (3) residents were charged with (4) Counts Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (F) (Heroin, Cocaine, Suboxone, Marijuana), (4) Counts Criminal Conspiracy PWID (F) and Possession Drug Paraphernalia (M)

Currently held at LCP in lieu of $250,000 bail.

(2) others present inside the home were also taken into custody when they were found to be in possession of Heroin, Crack Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia. Both were placed on record at the station and released as their charges will be sent in the form of a Summons.
