Jelanys Michelle Rodriguez-Medrano, 18, 1300 block Spencer Avenue, Lancaster PA was observed selecting multiple athletic apparel items and entered the fitting room and concealed most of the items in her shopping bag. Rodriguez-Medrano passed all points of sale before exiting the listed without offering payment for said items. Rodriguez-Medrano was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Officers located Jennifer Perez, 32, of the 400 block Manor Street, Lancaster PA, a fugitive from justice at the listed location. Perez has an active warrant issued for a conviction from the Supreme Court of the City of New York. Perez was arrested and charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition and is to be extradited to New York City Police Department in the State of New York.

Reporting person / victim state that while he was at work during the listed date and times an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to his residence and stole a 9 MM Ruger pistol. When the victim left the house in the morning he locked the house and when he returned he found the basement door open and items in the house out of place.

Victim reported she was inside the listed location, mostly in the common area, when her wallet was stolen from her baby stroller. Victim stated she does not suspect any of the other tenants at the living center.

Reporting person / victim arrived at the Lancaster City Police Station to report a stolen firearm from the listed location. Victim reported he was visiting a friend at her residence on 06/07/2019 at 2000 hours. Prior to going out that evening for First Friday, he placed the firearm in a black combination safe that belonged to his friend. The safe was located in the kitchen on top of his friend’s refrigerator. Victim was on vacation most of July 2019 and never returned for the firearm. When he did return on 08/24/2019 the firearm and safe could not be found.

On the above listed date and time Kendall Sutton, 63, of the 1200 block Fremont Street, Lancaster PA was engaged in a physical confrontation with the another male at the listed location . Sutton retrieved a handgun with two rounds in the magazine and pointed the gun at the victim who was in his vehicle leaving the listed location. Sutton the waved the handgun on the porch between the two men. The juvenile feared for his safety. Sutton was arrested and charged with Persons Not to possess and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

The suspect was described as 6’ , tall and thin built, wearing a long sleeve white shirt, blue jeans and had a long dark beard and long dark braided hair.

On the above listed date and time, Officers while on patrol identified a green, 2003 Mercury, Mountaineer SP as a stolen vehicle which had been reported stolen on August 31, 2019. The vehicle was parked in front of the Duke Manor Apartments and appeared to have some damage along the driver’s side of the vehicle. The vehicle was locked at the time of recovery.

As officers check his welfare, Rodriguez-Negron the observed him to have slurred speech, glassy eyes and unable to stand without police assistance. Officers located 2 clear plastic bags of synthetic marijuana sticking out of the front pocket of his jeans. Rodriguez-Negron was arrested and charged with Possession of Control Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness.

Reporting person / victim reported to police her street bike was stolen from her front porch on the listed date between the listed times. The bike was a white, Trek street bike with light blue accents on the frame, a black seat, black tires and a flashlight mounted on the handle bar.
