OCCURRED 09/07/2020 2000HRS AND 09/08/2020 0800HRS

Victim, had his 2020 50cc Tao Tao scooter, orange in color, trimmed in black parked at the listed location on 2000 hours, 7 Sep. 2020, and went into his house. When he left the house at approximately 0800 hours, 8 Sep. 2020, he noticed that it was missing, and believing it to be stolen. Ongoing investigation.

1700 FRUITVILLE PIKE / HOME DEPOT

OCCURRED 9/11/2020 1613 HRS

Reporting person / store loss prevention observed a white male enter the store and grab a cart  went through the store selecting items in various departments.  The male then passed all points of sale  at which point he was approached by store security and became frantic and fled leaving the cart with the above items.  The suspect was later seen leaving the  parking lot in a dark in color Honda.  The suspect was described as

approximately 5’7”, 175 lbs.,  30—40 years of age, black short hair with a beard and mustache and wearing a dark with a “Nike” logo, dark with white shorts and dark shoes.  The merchandise was recovered by loss prevention.

David Alexander Cotton, 39, homeless was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants.  A search of Cotton was found to have a controlled substance in his pocket.  Cotton was then charged with Possession of a Control Substance.

On the above listed date and time it was reported that an unknown suspect stole the political signs for Biden from the listed location.

On the above listed date over the evening hours there were vandalism calls at the above location.  The Reporting person stated that the front window had been damaged by vandals and that items were stolen from the business.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date an unknown suspect assaulted them in a garage at the listed location.  The suspect demanded money from the victim.  The victim was able to escape but upon return to the garage they noticed that their belongings were gone.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 20-30 years of age and a tattoo on the side of his eye.

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime on the above listed date between the listed times, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry to her vehicle and stole a backpack which contained her bank card, wallet, cash and PA ID card.  The vehicle was unlocked at the time of the incident.

Reporting person stated that she has been receiving texts from a suspect, known to her, claiming he was going to send people to her house and they were going to break in and destroy her vehicle.  The victim was advised on filing for a Protection from Abuse order.

Reporting person / victim reported that on the above listed date he was awoken by a black male who was knocking on his door.  While the male was outside he was screaming and yelling threats before leaving.  The suspect had also showed up at the victim’s place of business.

On the above listed date and time it was reported that William Santiago, 38, of the 100 block East Chestnut Street, Lancaster PA was observed taking possession of 16 packages of coffee and concealing them in his back pack.  Santiago then proceeded to leave the listed location without offering payment for said items.  Santiago was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

A 2016 white in color, Volkswagen Tiguan was reported stolen between the above listed dates and times from in front of the victim’s residence.  It was unknown if the vehicle was locked at the time of the incident.
