Reporting person / victim stated that a retail theft had occurred on the above listed date and time. The suspect was described as a black female with a “doo rag”, green bag and was accompanied by two children. The suspect was observed by a store employee stealing several items and exiting the listed location without paying for the items.

Rivera-DeJesus threaten to shoot the victim with the victim[‘s gun. Rivera-DeJesus was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats.

On the above listed date and time officers patrolling the above listed area located a blue 2012 Nissan Rouge which had been reported stolen. The vehicle sustained some damage to the driver’s side door, mirror, driver’s side window and also had a flat tire. The vehicle was unlocked when it was located.

Bayron Ayshazaun Brown 28yrs of 100Blk E Ross Street, Lancaster PA, was stopped after being observed driving without lighted lamps. After the initial stop, the Officer observed a hand rolled marijuana cigarette in plain view on the center console area. The Subject was then cited with 2 citations for driving without required lights and possession of small amount of marijuana.

Reporting person/victim advised that a passenger and an unknown black male driver pulled up beside them in a black Ford SUV. Reporting person advised that the passenger exited the SUV and told him, "You call the cops on me? I'll shoot you and your woman." Reporting person advised that the passenger re-entered the vehicle and left the scene.

Reporting person / victim reported to police that her cell phone was stolen on the listed date and time. Victim reported sitting on a bench with an unknown black, female at the listed location. The suspect asked the victim for bus money and the victim gave her some cash. The suspect then asked to borrow the victim’s cell phone. The victim handed her LG G8 Thin Q cell phone to the suspect, but the suspect left the area with her phone and did not return it.

OCCURRED 09/09/219 AT 1135 HRS
Officer responded to The Home Depot for a report of a shoplifter in custody on the listed date and time. The Officer met with the Asset Protection Specialist who relayed he observed a white, female place a Makita angle grinder in an empty shopping cart and quickly pass the self-checkout area and attempt to leave the store without paying for it. The Asset Protection Specialist stopped the suspect and identified himself. The suspect was cooperative and the merchandise was recovered. The suspect was identified as Michelle Lynn Snyder, 37 of Buttercup Rd. Snyder was placed under arrest and transported to the Lancaster City Police Department were she was charged with Retail Theft before MDJ Sponaugle.

Officers responded to the area of Pearl St. and Columbia Ave. for a report of shots fired. No injuries were reported and no damage was found. Officers located several spent shell casings on Pearl St. Those items were collected as evidence. No suspects were located. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to 300 blk. Beaver St. for reports of shots fired. No injuries were reported, no damage was initially located and no suspects were found. Later that morning a vehicle owner on the 500 blk. Howard Ave. found that their parked/unoccupied vehicle had been struck by (2) bullets overnight. Given the proximity to the earlier call, it is likely that the (2) incidents are related. Investigation continues.

Officers responded to the area of Locust St. after a call for shots fired was reported. While Officers were checking the area, one Officer heard additional shots fired south of that location. Officers checked the area and saw several groups of males walking in the area. Officers made contact with one group of males. No weapons were located and they were sent on their way. Officers were unable to locate a 2nd group of males. When Officers checked the area where the 2nd group had been seen last they located a discarded .380 semi-automatic handgun. That item was seized as evidence. A check of the handgun showed that it had been reported as stolen to Police in Lebanon County. Investigation continues.

Owner / victim reported two black, juveniles that frequent his store stole two boxes of cookies on the listed date and time. The juveniles entered the listed store on the listed date and time and took the cookies without paying for them while other customers were in the store. The store owner did not press charges against the juveniles.

Officer responded to a report of retail theft as the listed location. Owner / victim reported while he was working in his store on the listed date and time, a white, female, wearing all black and carrying a black book bag entered the store. The owner watched her select a bottle of soda, place it in her book bag and exit the store without paying for it. The owner followed her out of the store and asked her to give the soda back but the suspect said she is a regular customer and then took off running.

Officer responded to a report of theft from vehicle at the listed location. Victim reported she had parked her vehicle at the listed location on 09/10/2019 at approximately 1830 hours and did not return to the vehicle until 09/11/2019 at approximately 0740 hours. When she returned to her vehicle she found the glove compartment was opened and her son’s black Nike book bag and her wallet had both been stolen.
