Sometime between the above listed dates and times, two couches that were set out near the dumpster at the listed location caught fire damaging the nearby fence. It was unclear if the couches were set on fire or if the fire was accidental.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date Jerthione Lamont Bell, 33, of the 700 block West Vine St, Lancaster PA showed up at the listed location unannounced and punched the victim in the face with a closed fist several times and fled in an unknown direction. The victim then while the victim was driving and on route was surrounded by family members causing her to stop her vehicle. The victim began to argue with the group surrounding her vehicle when Bell came out of his residence and bunched the victim with a closed fist several times. Bell was arrested and charged with Simple Assault DV.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) ripped the air condition unit out of the window and entered the shop. The suspect(s) ransacked the shop and stole several tattooing machines, boxes of tattooing needles and other miscellaneous items from the shop. Investigation continues.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date he was homeless and was asleep behind the church. When he woke up he observed a Hispanic male, wearing gray pants and a gray t-shirt with a tattoo under his right eye taking his fanny pack which contained his credit, bank , ID and social security cars. Officers were unable to locate the suspect at the time of the incident.

Reporting person / victim stated that she believes sometime between the above listed dates and times a suspect who has access to her residence stole her 55” Vizio Television, Jewelry box, several jewelry items and several pairs of sneakers while she was not home. The victim was not home at the time of the incident.

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect(s) stole her 2016, blue, Nissan Sentra from where she had parked it at the listed location. The vehicle was later located parked in front of a garage in 18 alley. The vehicle was not damaged and nothing was missing from inside the vehicle.

Reporting person / victim stated that while they were in the corner store an unknown suspect stole their Green, 2009, Nissan Cube. The vehicle was unlocked and running at the time of the incident. A short time later the vehicle involved in a hit and run and the suspect fled the scene on foot east bound on Pioneer Road, West Lampeter PA. The suspect was described as a white male, blondish hair, wearing a white shirt, blue surgical mask and black cargo pants. The victim was advised that the vehicle had been located and it’s condition.

Victim stated between the listed times an unknown individual took a red 6 speed bicycle (no additional information) from off of his back porch. He didn't have a serial number, or make for the bicycle. Victim stated that he saw a group of kids in the area but he didn't know if they were involved or not. PD checked the area but didn't see any cameras that would have captured the incident.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time, an unknown suspect stole her silver, 2013, Ford Fusion from where it was parked in front of a store at the listed location. The car was unlocked with the keys in the ignition at the time of the incident.

Officers stopped a Black, male suspect due to synthetic marijuana packets in the side mesh pocket of his back pack. Packets was found to be empty with only residue. Packets were later disposed of and suspect released.

Reporting person / victim stated that while Lee William Glover, 30, of the W Howard Avenue, Lancaster PA was driving her to her hotel they began to argue. Glover stopped the vehicle in the road and grabbed the victims purse from her hands taking Cash that was in it. During a struggled the victim was able exited the car, Glover assaulted her. Glover was arrested and charged with Simple Assault DV, Stalking, Reckless Endangerment and Robbery.
