The five other subjects told the subject to put it away. Subjects entered a red in color SUV and drove off.

The suspect appeared to have a weapon and demanded his watch and then fled in a northerly direction out of the park.

On the above listed date and time, offiers observed Aundre Barry-Jordan Crews, 23 of the first block of Garden Court, Lancaster PA, in a parked vehicle. When the officer approached the suspect he observed that he was under the influence. Futher investigation of the incident found Crews was in possession of “K2” and a synthetic canabinoids cigarette. Crew was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Vehicle was last seen on Monday 13 Aug 18 approximately 1400hrs.

Victim reported that she left the Brick Yard and was walking towards N. Prince St along the east side of the street, she observed three subjects walking along the west side traveling south. Victim reported that they crossed the street and began following her. Victim stated after having a bad feeling she contacted her husband on her cell phone. As she continued to walk, two of the subjects walked away and only one continued to follow her. The subject was describe as being a black male 18-25yrs old, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a hat worn backwards. When Victim was near the Heart Group Of Lancaster the male approached her and grapped her phone. After the subject ran south across the street and South on N Water St. Ongoing Investigation.

Jeremy Elon Hill 27 of Coral St, Lancaster PA was charged with 1 count of Simple Assault, 1 count of Possession Small Amount of Marijuana and 1 count of Disorderly Conduct. NOI reported that two white male were observed in the store video footage entering the store pushing an empty shopping cart. One suspect was known to the reported person, the other was an unknown white male approx. 5’9” between 30-40 years of age. Wearing a baseball style black hat, white t-shirt, black shorts, black shoes and numerous tattoos covering his arms. The two Subjects proceeded to the electrical department and loaded the cart with electrical wire. After loading the cart, they were observed pushing the cart through an emergency exit door located in the outside garden department. Ongoing Investigation.

NOI provided the Officer with video of Juvenile stealing money, as well as end of day reports from each register that details the amount of money that was missing from dates 8/5/18 thru 8/17/18. Charges were filed before Juvenile Probation.
