Reporting person stated that while he was in his apartment he heard a noise and looked out his window. He observed a Hispanic male and a White female were engaged in a physical altercation. Suspects were unable to be located upon officers arrival.

Reporting person, stated that on the listed date at approximately 0800 hours he was planning to clean several of his firearms. He was unable to locate a Glock 19 Gen 3 9mm handgun. He had not seen the handgun since approximately April of 2019. R/P stated that the handgun was kept in a range bag, in a cupboard in a second floor middle bedroom. Unknown when it was stolen. Gun was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Reporting person / victim and Omar Crespo-Burgos, 34, of the 1st block Garden Court, Lancaster PA were engaged in an argument which turned physical. Crespo-Burgos began to threatened the victim with bodily harm. Crespo- Burgos also threatened a friend of the victim with knives and bodily harm. Crespo-Burgos was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats DV, Harassment (Physical Contact, Harassment (Acts to annoy) and Simple Assault

Officers responded to a Shot Fired call on the above listed date and time. Upon checking the rear of the residence officer located 8 shell casings. There was damage to several of the doors in the area. Ongoing investigation.
