While officer’s searched the area they located Nathaniel Ricky Guzman Jr, 31, of the 600 block Third Street, Lancaster PA and placed him under arrest on a warrant for a different incident. Investigation continues.

Ross St. to speak with the owner and a sales representative, regarding the company's former chief executive officer who committed theft of company property and misappropriation of company funds through cash withdrawals of a business credit card for personal use and purchasing hardware through retailers and kept the items for himself. Reporting person stated that while in their bedroom they heard a loud nose and then what appeared to be drywall dust in the air and small pieces of drywall falling on top of their bed. Officers responding to the call located a bullet hole on the outside of the apartment building. Officer found the bullet had passed through the exterior wall and into the apartment and lodged in the bedroom wall. No one was hurt in the incident.

Reporting person stated she was asleep at listed location and when she woke up after midnight on 07/09/2020 hours, she realized her Sketchers brand zebra print multicolored book bag was no longer under her head, given she was sleeping on it. She approached a group of individuals who were at the northwest corner at North Duke Street and East King Street in an effort to inquire if any of them saw her book bag. She stated her black phone was inside of the bag along with her personal keys and personal bank card.

Reporting person / loss prevention observed Gary Edward Shesko, 33, of the 100 block Oak Lane, Coatesville PA enter the listed location on the above listed date and time. Shesko concealed a wireless pet collar, battery, a paint brush, a battery pack and a ¼ inch driver in a box. Shesko exited through the location paying for a few items but not those in the box which he had concealed. Shesko was stopped outside the listed location and arrested and charged with retail theft.
