Braxton Lamar Milburn, 22, of the 1900 block Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster PA did steal a hybrid mountain bike from the listed location. Upon being stopped by officer Milburn was found to be in possession of marijuana and a scale. Milburn was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jimmy Corales-Alvarado, 22, of the 500 block Poplar Street, Lancaster PA was the subject of a vehicle stop. Corales-Alvarado was found to be in possession of a clear plastic corner tie bag containing a controlled substance, a plastic straw, a blue plastic dime bag and was driving with a suspended license. Corales-Alvarado was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving while Operator Privileges are Suspended.

Officers attempted to make a vehicle stop for fail to stop at a steady red light on East King Street. During the pursuit the officers lost sight of the vehicle but later located the vehicle on East Frederick Street and Zook Avenue. Upon identification of the suspect charges will be filed.

Stewart was arrested and charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Driving without a License and Driving with a Suspended License.

Moises Castellon, 25, of the 1200 block North Eleventh Avenue, Reading, PA was founded at the listed location and found to be under the influence. A search of his person Castellon was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and several packets containing a controlled substance. Castellon was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date between the listed times, a Hispanic male, wearing red shorts and a white tank top entered the listed location. The suspect selected several unknown items from the shelves and put them in his pocket and left the store. The suspect later re-entered the location and got a soda and chips and a copy of coffee consuming these items and left the store again without paying for these items.

The male was described as wearing black jeans, a black American Eagle tee shirt along with a blue shirt worn on the outside of his tee shirt carrying a red lunch bag and wearing a blue surgical mask.

Upon search of the vehicle Saleem Bular Evans, 36, of the 500 block E King Street, Lancaster PA was found to be in possession of marijuana and crack cocaine. Evans was arrested and charged with Manufacture PWID and Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.
