OCCURRED 6/1/2018       1533 HRS

Officers responded to the listed location and found Emily Rose Weaver, 26, of the 4300 block Fairview Road, Columbia PA under the influence of a controlled substance.  Weaver was found to be in possession of  Heroin and a metal stem pipe,.  Weaver was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia.

On the above listed date and time Enrique B Dejesus, 50, of the 900 block East King Street, Lancaster PA was observed at the listed location under the influence of smoking synthetic Marijuana.  On further investigation Dejesus was found to be in possession of a corner tied baggie of Synthetic Marijuana and a white package containing a cigar which is used in the use of Synthetic Marijuana.  Dejesus was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness.

Luis Alberto Ortiz, 47, of the 100 block Howard Avenue , Lancaster PA entered the listed location and approached the assistant store manager threatening to have a relative come down to the location and beat them up.

Reporting person / victim stated that an unknown suspect had entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a gold in color ceramic piggy bank contain approximately $25.00 in change.   The date and time of the theft is unknown.

517 UNION ST

While Officers were patrolling the area at the intersection of S Water St and Conestoga St in Lancaster, PA, observed a blue 1995 Geo SUV driving with no rear lights.  This Officer followed the vehicle as it turned to the 500blk of Union St, where it pulled off into the parking area of the gas station.  Subject then attempted to turn around as the Officer stopped his cruiser in front of the vehicle to notify the driver that he needed to turn on his headlights.  The Subject then suddenly reversed and took off north towards Conestoga.  This Officer activated the emergency lights and siren in order to stop the vehicle.  The vehicle failed to yield at stop signs and red lights exceeding to speeds to 30mph for several streets.  The Subject then stopped behind a vehicle then exited the vehicle and fled on foot leaving the vehicle running.  Officer pursued the suspect of foot where he jumped a chain link fence where Officer lost sight of Suspect.  Ongoing Investigation.

750 S QUEEN ST

Victim stated that he met a male known to him from Facebook in from of 700blk S Queen St. Lancaster to purchase a Sony PlayStation 4.  Victim gave the money to the male for the PlayStation 4 and the male went inside the house to put the PlayStation inside its original box.  The Victim stated that the male never came back with the PlayStation or the money.  After further investigation it was learned that the male does not reside at the residence and based on the information the male was charged with Theft by Deception on summons to be sent.

Joshua James Charles, 22, of the 200 block of Conway Dr., Lititz, PA was found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette and ¾ full bottle of Captain Morgan. Charles was arrested and charged with one count of possession of marijuana and one count of open container.

Steven Anderson was charged with one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver - Crack Cocaine (F), one count of Possession of Paraphernalia (M), one count of Tampering with Evidence (M2), one count of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana (M), one count of Driving Under the Influence - General Impairment (M), and one count of Operating During Suspension (S)

Reporting person / victim reported that his Red 2008 Cadillac that was parked to the front of his residence had been stolen and stated that he was not sure if all the doors had been locked at the time. The vehicle was recovered the next day, unoccupied, on Greenwood Ave. Investigation continues.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date between the listed times an unknown suspect stole his silver, 2004 Ford F150 pickup from where it was parked on the west side of the street at the listed location at 1645 hours.  The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were in the console at the time of the incident.
