Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect stole the registration plate from his motorcycle. The motorcycle had been parked directly across the street from his residence.

Officers responded to listed location on the above listed date and time for a trespass report. Howard Chapman Jr, 44, of the 700 block Beaver Street, Lancaster PA was located at the listed location and was run for warrants. Chapman was found to be a Fugitive from Justice out of the state of Maryland. Chapman was arrested and charged with Fugitive from Justice.

Reporting person / stated on the above listed date and time that they had been receiving threats on Facebook. The suspect threated her on a video taken outside the victims house stated they would pay someone to mess up her house. This is an ongoing issued.

On the above listed date and time, officer made an vehicle stop for expired registration. Robert Jay Shaeffer, 30, of the 100 block Lincoln Avenue, Lancaster PA was the driver of the vehicle and fled from the driver’s seat of the vehicle and began running on foot away from the scene. Officers commanded Shaeffer to desist his flight and stop however Shaeffer continue to flee. Shaeffer is charged with Escape, Disorderly Conduct, Driving while DUI Suspended and Registration required.

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime on the above listed date and between the listed times, a suspect stole her backpack while she was out walking her dog, The victim left the backpack near the front door and it contained her medication and cash.

Officers found Andres Camacho-Olmo, 35, of the 1600 block Eshelman Mill Rd, Willow Street, PA in his vehicle and appeared to be under the influence. Further investigation found that Camacho-Olmo to also be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Camacho-Olmo was arrested and charged with UDI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
