Reporting person /victim stated that sometime on above listed date and between the listed times, an unknown suspect stole the victims 2006, yellow, Hummer H2 from where it had been parked to the rear of the property in a private parking lot.

It was reported that a staff member was assaulted by a suspect / resident following a separate altercation between suspect and another resident of the residence that had occurred earlier. The suspect was not permitted to reside at the listed location for the evening.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and listed time, she was engaged in an argument with David Lopez, 30, of the 700 block of East End Avenue, Lancaster. During the argument Lopez became physical with the victim. The victim sustained minor injury. Lopez was charged with Simple Assault by Physical Menace Domestic Violence.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and between the listed times, they believe a person known to them stole her 75” flat screen LG television from their living room. Ongoing investigation. .

Two Hispanic male suspects were located in an alleyway at the listed location under the influence of a controlled substance. When the suspects were asked to exit the alleyway one of the suspects was observed placing a white colored object in his mouth. When asked if he had something in his mouth the suspect denied he had but the swallowed what was in his mouth. Officers found drug paraphernalia lying on the ground where the suspect were located. Charges pending on further investigation.

OCCURRED 4/17/2020 BETWEEN 2340 HRS AND 2350 HRS
Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date at 2340 hours he started his vehicle a 2005, black, Nissan Murano to warm it up before he left for work. When he returned to leave for work approximately ten minutes later the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was unlocked at the time of the incident. The vehicle was later recovered on April 18, 2020 in the 500 block of Rockland Street Lancaster PA. The vehicle appeared to have sustained no damage.

On the above listed date and time officers conducted a vehicle stop for an expired registration and parking in a no parking zone. Yusef A squires, 38, of the 100 bock South Arch Street, Lancaster PA was a passenger in the vehicle and Kevin Andre Pack, 36, of the 200 block Fremont Street, Lancaster PA the driver. Due to a prior incident a search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search Pack was found to be in possession of a small amout of Marijuana.. Squires was found in poseesion of a corner tied baggie containing crack cocaine. Squires was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Pack was charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.

On the above listed date and time Destiny Beatriz Montalvo, 25, Homeless was found at the listed location shouting and acting erratically on the sidewalk. Officers found Montalvo to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Montalvo was placed under arrested for Public Drunkenness. A search to the incident found Mantalvo in possession of a blue wax sleeve containing heroin and other drug parahernalia. Montalvo was arrested and charged with Possession of a Contolled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness.
